Thank you for purchasing our product at License Master operated by RUP Technologies.
General Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality software and a reliable service. We offer a refund within **[14] days** of your original purchase date if you are not satisfied with our product or service, or if it is not working as described.
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we have a clear refund policy to protect against abuse while ensuring customer satisfaction. A refund is offered at our discretion based on the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

- Your issue is caused by a problem with our product that we are unable to resolve for you.
- You have made a reasonable effort to work with our support team to try and resolve the issue.
- You have not violated our Terms of Service.
We Do Not Grant Refunds For:
- Renewals of subscriptions. We will send a reminder before your renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal charge occurs.
- Purchasing the product by mistake and then downloading the source code.
- Not having the expertise to use the product. We provide documentation and expect a reasonable level of technical knowledge to operate a web application.
- "I changed my mind" or "I don't need it anymore."
- Issues caused by third-party software, plugins, or server environments.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team via our Contact Us page. Please include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
We will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Upon receiving a refund, your license key will be deactivated, and your access to the service and any associated updates or support will be terminated.
